Miss Teen Extraordinaire Pageant set for end of February | Events

Last year, as a part of her platform and in preparation for the Miss Spanish Fork Pageant, Whitney Talbert hosted a Miss Teen Extraordinaire pageant for special needs youth in the area.  Now as the reigning Miss Spanish Fork, Whitney will host the amazingly successful event a second time.
